How long is the pilot programme?
The pilot is 90 days. Structured as three phases: onboarding and setup (days 1–30), active use and weekly feedback (days 31–60), and results review and planning (days 61–90).
Is there any cost to join the pilot?
No. Pilot access is completely free for the full 90 days. After the pilot, we'll agree a founding cohort rate (significantly lower than our eventual public pricing) and you're under no obligation to continue.
What do we have to commit to?
We ask that someone on your team uses the platform actively during real tender cycles, participates in two or three structured feedback sessions, and responds honestly when things aren't working. That's it.
What happens to our data?
Your data is yours. We use it only to provide the service. You can export your data at any time, and if you choose not to continue after the pilot, we delete it within 30 days of your request.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
No. Takshy is designed to sit alongside your existing project management and accounting tools. During the pilot we'll help you identify which integrations make sense for your setup.
How many people from our team need to be involved?
Typically two to four people: whoever is involved in your tendering process today. The onboarding is designed around your existing team, not a new role.
What if Takshy doesn't work for our workflow?
You can cancel at any time. There's no long-term contract, no penalty, and no friction. If the pilot doesn't deliver value, we want to know why, and we won't make it awkward for you to leave.
When will we hear back after applying?
We review every application personally and aim to respond within five business days. If we think there's a fit, we'll schedule a brief call to understand your current setup before confirming your spot.
