Definition
A tender return is the completed quotation submitted by a subcontractor or supplier in response to an RFQ or RFP. It includes the tendered price, any qualifications or exclusions, assumptions made, programme implications, and any alternative proposals. The date by which tender returns must be received is called the tender return date.
